1. What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at The Launching Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music. A large-screen PowerPoint presentation to help you make the most of the practical and relevant message. Children are well-cared for in a loving and fun-filled Kingdom Kids service.

2. What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, be encouraged and see if this is the church God is leading you to.

3. What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Weekend Services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because The Launching Church is not about what you look like or what you wear. We are more about loving God, loving people and loving life. We believe you can do this dresses how you feel comfortable with your own unique style.

4. Where are you located?

The Directions page offers maps to 6969 Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch.

5. Do you have a midweek service?

During the week we get geared up for our Impact Group gatherings. We have groups for men, women and families that are perfect for meeting new friends and getting connected. We also have a variety of special services that we plan from time to time like our Encounter Live Services, which is a service totally devoted to worship and prayer. 6. What about my children?

At The launching Church your children are a top priority. Our children’s areas are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a growing and dynamic children’s ministry called Kingdom Kids. We are also in the planning phase of launching a life-changing ministry to students from junior high through college.

7. How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. Impact Groups are great place to start, and a great way to connect. In each of these groups, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith. 8. How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you discover your unique gifts and talents and become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. One of the best ways to grow is to get involved in TLC’s Growth Track. Growth Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in an Impact Group, to life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership.

9. Why do you have small groups?

We call our small grows Impact Groups because there’s nothing small about building great relationships! These groups are an important part of The Launching Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our Impact Groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As The Launching Church grows, these groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. As these groups continue to grow they will be available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to one that’s just right for you. 10. How can I get involved in an Impact Group?

One of the easiest things to do at The Launching Church is to participate in an Impact Group. We offer three semesters per year where we launch new groups. Groups meet throughout the North Georgia area and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, support and fun. Check out our directory and visit a group this week.
