What is GROWTHTRACK?

GROWTHTRACK is the training and equipping arm of The Launching Church.  It is comprised of three (3) phases and seven (7) training events with an emphasis on hands on ministry involvement and personalized coaching and training. It is the vision and mission of TLC to disciple and equipping the people of God, and those who are called to be Leaders and Pastors, for fruitful ministry in the local Body (Ephesians 4:11-13). GROWTHTRACK is a non-accredited training program that uses the active ministry of The Launching Church as a hands on learning and preparation environment.  Upon the completion of each training event, students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
 

PHASE ONE: DISCIPLESHIP

  • Provides opportunity for believers to learn about TLC, grow in their faith and pursue a close relationship with Christ.
  • Three training events: VISION FIRST (1O1), CORE ESSENTIALS (102) and NEW DISCOVERY (103).

PHASE TWO: LEADERSHIP

  • Prepare and equip Leaders for fruitful ministry involvement at TLC and in the local church.
  • Prepare and equip leaders for fruitful Market Place Ministry.
  • Training Leaders to transform the culture in the seven spheres of influence: Business, Government, Education, Arts & Entertainment, Media, Family & Religion.
  • Three training events: IMPACT GROUP TRAINING (104), THE DREAM TEAM (105) and LEADERSHIFT ADVANCED LEADERSHIP TRAINING (106).

PHASE THREE: PASTORAL LEADERSHIP

  • Training Pastors and Church Planters to fulfill the Great Commission and advance the Kingdom into all the world.
  • Opportunity to be licensed and ordained through TLC.
  • One comprehensive training event: PASTORAL MINISTRY MENTOR-SHIP PROGRAM (107).
