PASTORAL MINISTRY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (107)

This program is for those candidates who express and exhibit a clear call of God into the Pastoral Ministry.  This is a personalized mentoring and training program with Pastor Keith and the Pastoral Team.  This program does not have a specific timeline for completion.  Candidates will work closely with the Pastoral Team to participate in the hands on planning and work of the ministry at TLC.  Some on-line course work may be recommended and required as well as regular book studies and personalized training events.  All candidates must be recommended and approved by Pastor Keith, The Pastoral Team and The Board of Directors.  Successful completion of this program may lead to official License and Ordination at TLC. Entrance into the Pastoral Ministry Mentoring Program is by application, acceptance and invitation only. Requirements for this program are as follows:

• An active and committed member of TLC.
• A tither and a giver.
• A servant’s heart and a lover of people.
• A submissive heart to the Vision & Leadership at TLC.
• Successful completion of Vision First 101,  Core Essentials 102, New Discovery 103, Impact Group Training 104, Dream Team 105 and be involved as a Leader or part of a Leadership Team.
• A letter of recommendation from a TLC Pastor or Board Member other than a family member.
• Submission of Online Application and Assessment Form.

  • A consistent Biblical life style that involves on going personal growth and development.
  • A history of remaining steady and committed when under fire or when facing difficult challenges.
  • Fruitful and joyful ministry involvement.
  • Healthy relationships in the Body at TLC
  • A strong desire to fulfill the call of God.
