Pastor Keith Johnson has a heart to see God’s people grow to their full potential as true disciples of Jesus Christ. He believes God has given every person a biblical mandate to be a leader in the family, the church and the workplace. Keith is the founder and Senior Pastor of The Launching Church (TLC) and Mighty Men Ministries (M-3), ministries dedicated to reaching the lost, making disciples, training leaders, and planting churches.

Keith began in the ministry in 1986 and received ministry training from The Berean School of the Bible and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary’s Center for Urban Ministerial Education (CUME) with a focus on Christian Education and Pastoral Counseling. Keith later received ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Missouri, and served as the Associate Pastor of Christian Education at the Boston Worship Center A.G. in Boston, Massachusetts. A successful businessman, mentor, and life coach, Keith has serves as an Elder, Core Leader, and Director of Men’s Ministry in the local church throughout his business career.

Keith is a nationally recognized professional sculptor. His sculptural works are part of such notable collections as The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, the Basketball Hall of Fame, The John F. Kennedy Medical Center and the Boston University. Keith and wife Tracy have been long time business owners. Their 10,000 square foot Salon & Day Spa in New England was voted Top 200 in North America for six consecutive years By Salon Today Magazine. The Johnson’s relocated to the Flowery Branch area in 2007 in response to the call of God to plant churches in the south. Keith and Tracy live in Flowery Branch, Georgia, with their daughters Ashley, Lindsay, and Mary Jo.
