At M3, we are called and empowered to equip God’s men for the work of the Kingdom and call them into battle! We believe God calls every man to be a disciple and a leader. The very definition and Biblical idea of a ‘disciple’ is an official representative of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. This is the clear will of God for every man – to be a leader who has influence in every area of life! God calls men to lead in our own personal lives, in our families, in our relationships, in our Church, and in the workplace. It is the mission of M3 to build an army of men to fulfill the heart and vision of the Lord to awaken a company of mighty men who will facilitate revival in the nations!
M3 is a mentoring, teaching, and impartation ministry with a focus on leadership development. We are committed to fulfilling our mission through several key ministry directives:
UFC is a life-changing Impact Group designed to equip God’s men and call them into the battle. UFC is centered on building the Biblical identity of Christ in the hearts of every man. When men discover who God created them to BE, they are eager to make a run after God and enter into the battle. UFC is a group designed to equip men with the tools and weapons they need to fight. No longer are men passive, withdrawn, and harassed by the enemy – NOW men are standing up and confronting every challenge, they are no longer on the defensive – they are attacking the enemy and winning the battle!
